So do i take everything from the internet and believe it? No. So why not?

Well even though the internet can be a place where everyone can tell their own story and share what they know, its not like everything is true. For instant, the comic strip above. We don't even know who's posting up something on a website. Sure you can tell if its a kid around the age of 10-18 years old from what is typed. But what if the kid has a good writing skill? Surely anybody can be fooled.

Another good example why i don't believe everything what the internet says is, Wikipedia. Everyone knows what Wikipedia is. I'm sure if i tell you something your not sure of, in the end you'll go Wiki-ing it. If you don't Wiki it, you'll might as well just Google it, which then leads to Wikipedia.
Wikipedia, an excellent source of information. It's the most up to date encyclopedia created. Thats why they say 'the free encyclopedia that anyone can edit'. Even though theres a board of people monitoring what is written and edited, and some that are alerted when something new is added, they can't always be there when some immature guy adds false information.

I'm not saying not to trust anything what is posted on websites! Now don't get me wrong, but be smart what is to believe. Believe in reliable sources that is not created by a bunch of people that doesn't know what is happening or knows what their trying to say.
